Casa Louisa
During the months of July and August, Casa Louisa is entirely for rent as a holiday home.
We like to travel and so we go out so that you can stay in our house together with your family and friends.

The interior of Casa Louisa:
- You enter through a small courtyard with some steps to the front door
- Ground floor
- Half-open fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances: nothing is missing! We know what is essential!
- Very cosy living room with dining table and lounge and smart TV with all Belgian and Dutch channels, Netflix, etc.
- From the living room you can access a large terrace with dining table, lounge corner and rocking chair.
- 1st floor
- 1 bedroom with double luxurious bed 1,60 x 2 meter, with ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and balcony
- 1 bedroom with king-size bed 1,80 x 2 metres or 2 separate beds
- 1 bathroom with walk-in shower
- 1 smaller room with 1 bed where possibly a mattress or bed can be put.
- Roof terrace
- Covered lounge area
- 2 tables and 6 chairs
- 2 loungers
- 1 lounger for stomach lying ( massage bed )
- Ambient lighting on all terraces
The swimming pool
It often seems that the swimming pool is private for our guests. There are occasional neighbours coming to the pool between 18 and 20 hrs! And at other times, but everyone has respect for each other! The pool is open from 9am to 11pm! Nobody will blame you if you go a bit earlier or a bit later. There are parasols and trees to find shade! We provide chairs to take to the pool! There are also toilets!
Prices:
- Price is for 7 nights minimum for max 5 adults and 1 child (on request) : 145 € per night until 14 nights
- From 14 nights the price is 135 € per night!
- Final cleaning 120 € – electricity consumption (to make the tenants aware) = 5 € per day.
Quiet location 30 minutes from the airport
Casa Louisa is located in a very quiet urbanisation 500 metres from the sea. Mostly Spanish families live there, who have either gone to work or use the house as a holiday home. Our direct neighbours are hardly ever present. Our house is located almost at the top, with a beautiful view over the sea and the mountains!
During the summer there is a beach bar here with sun loungers and parasol for 8 € per day for 2 people, showers, toilets.
